TIERS Cross YFC enjoyed repeated success in the county’s knockout quiz competition, winning the trophy for the second year in a row.
The team of Jack Davies, Alistair Sharp, Lorna Richards, Emily Warlow, Paul Canning and Andrew Rees retained their quiz crown, beating Llawhaden YFC in the final. Tiers Cross notched up 62 points from the questions posed by quizmaster Gwennan Davies, with Llawhaden’s team of Hannah Bradbury, Jack Jones, Simon Snape, Owain Lewis, Alice James and Jane Elliott unable to match them, scoring 49 points.
