Mr. Reg Jones Grove, Pembroke Pat and the family of the late Reg Jones of The Grove, Pembroke would like to thank all the family, friends and neighbours for all the cards, flowers and messages of sympathy received following their recent sad bereavement. A very grateful thanks also, for the donations made to Dementia UK in lieu of flowers in memory of Reg. A very special Thank You to all the staff at The Meadows Care Home for taking great care of Reg in his last few years and to Neil Roberts of John Roberts & Son, Funeral Directors for conducting the service at Parc Gwyn Crematorium and for all his help and support at this difficult time.
