Patricia Poole of Johnston Pat passed away peacefully at her home on 25th September 2020 aged 83 years. Much loved, she will be sadly missed by all her family and many friends. Private funeral service due to restrictions. Donations in memory of Pat for the Paul Sartori Foundation can be sent directly to Paul Sartori House, Winch Lane, Haverfordwest, SA61 1RP. The funeral cortege will be leaving from Pat's home at 11.25am on Thursday 8th of October for all those who would like to pay their last respects.
