PERKINS Edith Marian Louvaine (nee Welham) Sadly passed away on the 16th January 2021, aged 83, in Rayleigh Essex. Beloved wife of the late Albert, cherished mother to Alun, Janette and Neil, mother-in-law to Paul and Debbie, much loved nan to Nicole and Lauren. She will forever be in our hearts. Donations in lieu of flowers to Great Ormond Street Hospital.
