It is with great sadness that Dawn and I heard of Mervyn's passing, he had been a much loved friend and work colleague of Dawn's and myself during an adventurous time in Rhodesia (Zimbabwe) in the 70's. Mervyn acted as chaperone to Dawn and I to view Grease at a drive in in Salisbury in 1978, to date that is still the only movie that we have been to. That was over 40 years ago and have such strong memories of great times with Mervyn, dinner parties, parties etc, a true and proper Welsh Gentleman in every sense of the word. Rest in Eternal Peace Dear Friend. Always in our thoughts. Dawn and Peter Andrews. Melbourne, Australia.
