Mr Philip Ratcliffe Formerly of Tenby & Manchester It is with great sadness the family announce the sudden passing on Monday 14th March 2022 of Mr Philip Ratcliffe, affectionately known as Phil, aged 34 years, formerly of Tenby and then Manchester. Phil will be sadly missed by all his family and many friends. A celebration of Phil's life will take place on Saturday 9th April at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth at 12.15pm. There will be family flowers only with donations in lieu if so desired for M.I.N.D. & DPJ Foundation may be sent c/o E.C.
