OWEN Dr Alun Griffiths Passed away peacefully on Tuesday 9th April 2024. Beloved husband of Marie, much loved father of Sian, Raymond, Paul, Matthew and Huw and grandfather to a good many more. The funeral service will be held at Bethel Chapel, Fishguard, on Monday 22nd April, at 1100. Come in whatever you feel comfortable in - formal or informal are both fine. Family flowers only - but instead consider a donation to Paul Sartori (https://paulsartori.enthuse.com/donate#!/), a local hospice charity that supported Alun in his final months. Please include in your message "in memory of Alun" and the family will be sent all your messages.

In memory of Alun who was always kind to me. I was relieved to have passed his ‘erk’ test! A stellar career and a gentleman. I lost my own father on 29 Jul 24 so send you all a heartfelt sorry for your loss. It is what we had not what we lost that matters. Much love to you all. Andy Hawker
