A BROWNIE beach clean saw local youngsters roll up their sleeves to spruce up a local beauty spot.
Members of 7th Milford Haven Brownies spent the afternoon at Broad Haven beach on Thursday (February 22), collecting bags of rubbish in a bid to keep their community tidy.
The unit is completing various challenges this term to achieve the Girlguiding Trefoil Guild ‘Celebrate Together’ 75th birthday challenge badge.
The beach clean - part of a conservation project - also coincided with the unit celebrating Girlguiding Thinking Day 2018.
The event was organised by one of the unit's leaders, Vicky Pearson, also known at Honey Owl, in conjunction with Mari Williams from Keep Wales Tidy, and as part of the ‘Towards a plastic-free Broad Haven and Little Haven’ campaign.
