PIZZA restaurant Domino's has confirmed it is coming to Neyland later this year.
Josie Clarke, a spokesman for Domino’s pizza, told the Mercury: "We’re delighted our application has been approved and very much look forward to bringing fresh handmade Domino’s to pizza fans in Neyland and surrounding areas.
"We’re opening our store towards the end of the year, creating around 25 new jobs for local people, including trainee managers, pizza makers, customer service representatives and delivery experts.
"Details of how to apply for jobs will be announced in the coming weeks.”
Planning permission for two food and drink units at Honeyborough Industrial Estate - one of which has been pre-let by Domino's - was granted in October 2018.
It was predicted that, once filled, the two units could create 16 new full-time and 30 part-time jobs.
Proposed operating hours in the original application were from 8am until 10pm, seven days a week, including bank holidays.
Initial designs included areas for customer seating, food preparation, a serving counter, cold store, and customer and staff toilets.
A second unit on the site is currently being marketed by BP2 property consultants for £20,000 a year.
