GAVIN James scored twice in Narberth's six-goal demolition over relegation-bound Milford United.

The Bluebirds move up to fourth spot, and in this kind of form should finish the season in the top five, pleasing manager Matthew Johns.

Marc Hughes finished at the back stick from a corner for the opener, and Ashley Williams made no mistake from a rebound, giving the hosts a two-goal cushion at the break.

As the scoreline suggests it was totally one-way traffic in the second period.

James scored two goals in quick succession and an easy Mike Boswell tap-in and a brilliant Raff Barnett's solo effort completed the rout.
